SHIPPING
3D Flex Flash processes all orders as quickly as possible. Same day shipping is not guaranteed. We aim to send all products within 24 hours of receipt of the order but is not a guarantee on turnaround time. If you need your order expedited for any reason you can select shipping options at the time of checkout.
US ORDERS: All US Orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service). Shipping is calculated based on choice of First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Any sales shipped within California are subject to sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders are shipped U.S.P.S. First-Class Package International Service™ (United States Postal Service). For international orders, the purchaser is solely responsible for; any and all import duties, fees, taxes, and/or additional courier charges beyond the cost of the original shipping fee paid. Should delivery be refused or redirected for any international order due to undeliverable or “no such address”, return shipping fees and applicable charges will be assessed to the purchaser’s account prior to approval of any refund. Most international orders arrive within 2 weeks, however it may be up to 8 weeks to clear customs depending on your location.
RETURNS
Our Return and exchange Period is 10 days. Returns and exchanges are accepted with a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping, unless there is a defect in the product (please see our limited warranty below).
LIMITED WARRANTY
If a product purchased from 3D Flex Flash fails due to a manufacturing defect in the first 6 months, we will, without charge, replace it with the same or comparable product, at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, natural breakdown of materials as used of an extended period of time, or negligence due to improper care or alteration.
To submit a product for replacement due to warranty defect or request a return
• Please contact us and provide a copy of your original receipt and details of the request.
• If purchased from an Authorized Reseller, the return request must be submitted directly through them.
• Based on approval of the return or warranty replacement, 3D Flex Flash will issue a Return Authorization Number to receive the product for evaluation.
• All shipping must be pre-paid and insurance is recommended as we are not liable for any carrier errors or lost/damaged shipments.
• NO return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA) and any shipments received without the RA attached as instructed will be denied and returned to the customer.
• The product must be in it’s original state, original packaging without any modifications or alterations.
• You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return or exchange of your order, unless we sent product in error, or it was defective and/or damaged upon arrival.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Returns will not be accepted for shipments experiencing delays that occur due to adverse weather conditions affecting carrier expected delivery time and dates.
Processing of approved returns: Once there is confirmation that the product is not damaged or altered, a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee.
Processing of approved warranty: Once there is confirmation that the product has a manufacturer defect, we will replace it with the same or comparable product at our discretion.
